Change of mind

MyFillCart does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size, colour or product.

If there is a problem with your order

Please email myfillcart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the product where available. We may request proof of purchase or arrange to assess the item before determining the appropriate remedy. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions if needed.

If a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law. For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first offer a repair or another remedy permitted by law.

We do not provide a remedy under the consumer guarantees for a change of mind or for a problem caused by misuse. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
