Switch off and disconnect the robot before cleaning. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water or use liquid, abrasive cleaners or solvents. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme temperatures. For extended storage, recharge the battery periodically to help prevent deep discharge.

Use an adult-managed Smart Life/Tuya Smart account. Children should not share their full name, address, school, passwords or other personal information with the robot. Review the app’s privacy settings and use Long Press to Talk when continuous listening is not wanted.

Charging must be performed by an adult using a reputable compatible 5V/1A USB power source. Charge on a hard, dry, non-flammable surface in a well-ventilated area. Do not use the robot while it is charging, do not charge unattended or overnight, and do not charge continuously for more than 6 hours. Disconnect when fully charged.

Keep away from water, fire, heaters and direct sunlight. Do not use if the robot, charging port, battery or cable is damaged, unusually hot, swollen, leaking or producing an unusual smell. Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, modify or attempt to replace the built-in battery. Switch off when not in use. A compatible USB wall adapter is required and is not included.
